Goods
We reserve the right to substitute a product (if it is unavailable) with a similar product of equal or higher quality and value. You will, of course, have the option to except or decline this product.

Paws Welcome Limited reserve the right to clear any payment made prior to delivery of the goods ordered.

Refunds & Replacements
If you are not entirely satisfied with a product for any reason, please inform us within 14 days from the date your order is received and return the item unused and in its original condition to:

We shall be happy to send a replacement or refund your money. If the item(s) are returned with signs of wear and tear from use and not in a saleable condition, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

If you are unable or unwilling to arrange return of the item(s) we reserve the right to charge a carriage fee to cover the cost of arranging for a courier company to collect the item(s) from you.

In the event you order the wrong item, change your mind or if the delivery is late (over 28 working days) refunds will be at the discretion of Paws Welcome Limited.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery
Please allow 28 working days for delivery of your goods by post.

Delivery Overseas
We welcome orders from overseas. But please note that you may be subject of an additional postage and packing fee.
